Most of us really know what ‘automatic’ means – the ability to operate independently. An programmed car wash or a sprinkler (irrigation) system both come to mind as cases. termite control nj
‘Pest Control’ is described as the act of controlling pests. Typically, insect control is a service provided by pesticide experts who come to your property and spray chemicals.
So what could be an Automatic Pest Control System? That would be a process that runs separately to complete controlling pests. Right? Will there be such a thing?
Yes! Actually there are several programmed pest control systems. The chronology and some input how effective they are is defined below:
The first computerized pest control systems were the mosquito propane storage containers that emitted carbon dioxide. These machines may be located on a property from where people were located. Supposedly, the carbon dioxide dioxide would lure the mosquitoes away from the people. But since there was no offering of a blood meal from the false co2, the mosquitoes would still find the people and chew away.
The next era of programmed are the insect misting systems. These are comprised of a series of tubes and small mister heads that are mounted around properties to control mosquitoes. There exists a large, 55 gallon barrel that holds the chemicals. Routinely, the tubes are pressurised with the chemical that is released into the air to kill insects. These systems use artificial pesticides that are dangerous to bees (and small pets). If the breeze is blowing or if the delicate mister minds get damaged, the chemicals go elsewhere in the environment. Additionally it is cost beyond reach to cover an complete property.
So far, jooxie is only discussing mosquitoes but there are numerous other pests. What about ants? Don’t you want to control roaches, termites, and turf pests as well as mosquitoes?
The An automatic Pest Control System has now grown up. We are going to talking about an innovative process that uses an irrigation system to deliver food-grade, non-chemical, cedar to control pests. Cedar – just like cedar boxes and cedar closets where you never see a bug. That is because cedar controls pests!
With this method, mosquitoes are targeted. But so are fleas, ants, roaches, ticks, chiggers, garden pests like aphids, white fly and skin mole crickets plus many more. This set-it-and-forget-it computerized insect control system requires only a refill of the reservoir maybe once every two months.
Controls insects plus a gazillion other pests? Now that is an Automatic Pest Control System!
